All maintenance was completed in a timely fashion and was done correctly so far as I can tell at this time. I was kept informed of the status of the repairs and Jake did a great job making sure all my concerns were covered.
Eric Spiess was very personable and knowledgeable. He made our experience at the dealership enjoyable and would recommend him to others. Henry did a great job getting the electronics set up! Jeff Korhonen the finance manager was easy to work with and explained all the options that were available to us. The whole team made our process go very smooth.

Caution: beware of sales team and their tactics. They first tried to convince me there wasn’t a problem I was concerned about, then they made promises about getting it fixed that they later denied. Service was also not what I expected. Brought car in for a concern I had, and they completely ignored instructions I gave to reproduce issue. Told me no problem existed. Extremely dissatisfied. Very disappointed, considering I spent close to $50,000.
Very polite staff, made the test driving and purchasing process very easy and straightforward. Very happy with my purchase thus far.
Bought a beautiful red Durango first vehicle I saw. Bought it that day. Drove home that night. Very happy recommended to family and friends.

The guy that’s in charge for the crew that does the oil change is so rude. I remember the old one they used to have. I would tell them I had another issue and they would fix the same day and now he wants me to make appointment for every little single thing And they checked the water fluid and they didn’t put any. The light is still on in it on the paper, they wrote that it was fine

The cashier is a gem, as is everyone in the service department. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like a family. I am sorry I didn’t make my vehicle purchase here. I’m from out of state but he was able to answer all my questions and send whatever photos and videos requested. I hate going to dealerships but wouldn’t hesitate if I had to interact with him again. Please request him by name and give him a chance to earn your business.

With their workmanship, and the way they operate, they would be a great first, and last stop. you might be encouraged to buy a vehicle knowing your not just a paycheck. As they say,” they price cars , not people..” that is , just people looking for solution to our problem.

The worst and unreliable dealership in the city. I leased a brand new Jeep Wagoneer and started having issues from the next day onwards. They couldn't figure out the problem and sent the car back saying it was fixed. We were then left outside in cold with a broken car again. The car broke down twice in 2 weeks of buying and is still in their repair shop. When we asked for help they very conveniently sent us to Stellantis and said it was between us and Stellantis. First person I see is Burrell Nadeau who very cheerfully welcomed me to the Service Department. He and David (Service) seamlessly checked me in for my appointment. The work was done hours before it was promised. A defective part was found and replaced, along with an oil change and tire rotation. And for much less than I anticipated. The carpet on drivers side was left with black grease shoe marks all over! No attempt to cover carpeting with paper was made while the oil change and tire rotation, the person who messed up the carpet certainly is aware of the mess he made!!

We have always had great honest and trust worthy customer service from the Service department. We have had several different service advisor and all of them have been great to work.with.
While it took a while to book an appointment, service was great. Had an oil leak that I'd noticed. They identified the location of the leak, fixed it, and had the vehicle back to me the next day.
Great experience working with dealership. I reached out in advance to let them know I was coming to see a specific vehicle and when I showed up the vehicle was there waiting for me. From working with sales to finance and finally the product concierge the process quick and easy. High recommend!

After buying a nice gv80 Genesis with Nick. I took it home and really look it over and notice some important missing parts that I did not notice in the original buying experience.
