2024 Lakefront Music Fest: Weekend Recap

As a proud sponsor of Lakefront Music Fest, Jeff Belzer’s is excited to share more about the amazing performances and unforgettable experiences from this year’s event. Thank you to the Prior Lake Rotary for yet another successful year – your hard work and dedication is much appreciated! We want to thank all attendees as well for joining us!

Lakefront Music Fest was established in 2010 and has continued to grow into one of the largest outdoor music festivals in the Twin Cities metro area. Last year, Prior Lake welcomed over 27,000 rock and country fans, making it a well-loved destination festival.

This year included an impressive lineup of performers. Friday’s Rock Night featured great performances from Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Berlin, and Bachman-Turner Overdrive. Dierks Bentley headlined Country Night on Saturday after Elle King and Morgan Evans. On both nights, the crowd was filled with festivalgoers singing and dancing, with Belzer orange koozies in their hand, of course!

Weekend Highlights

On Saturday night, Jeff Belzer had the opportunity to go on stage in between sets to talk to the crowd. This year, we wanted to switch things up and introduced a t-shirt launcher to Lakefront Music Fest for the first time! T-shirts stuffed with gift cards went flying into the crowds, which added to the excitement and community spirit of the night.

Meet & Greet Experiences

As part of our Summer Giveaway, Jeff Belzer’s handed out free tickets and Meet & Greet experiences for Lakefront! Friday Night’s winner of the Berlin Meet & Greet was Cindy Spreiter. Community Impact

The impact of Lakefront Music Fest is more than just music. Proceeds from this event benefit the Prior Lake Rotary Foundation and their purpose of supporting educational, environmental, and humanitarian activities in their community, nationally, and worldwide. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds go to Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools and the Laker Athletic Booster Club. Thank you to the Rotarians for all you do for our community!

2025 Headliners

The anticipation for Lakefront Music Fest 2025 is already building. At this year’s event, the headliners for next year were announced. Friday night will feature rock-legends Foreigner and Loverboy, and on Saturday night, Miranda Lambert will headline. While the rest of the performers are yet to be announced, the fans eagerly await another unforgettable year of music. Mark your calendars for July 11-12, 2025, and be sure to get your tickets early!
