In late 2024, Jeep will release its first all electric SUV: the Wagoneer S. This SUV will be one of the only third row fully electric vehicles on the market. The ICE (internal combustion engine) version of the Wagoneer was first reintroduced to the market in 2022. As the first true luxury vehicle by Jeep, it has certainly been a game changer. Jeep is looking to change the game once again by introducing the electric version. Jeff Belzer’s Jeep in New Prague and Roseville is excited to share more information about this all-new vehicle, including technology, release date, and design.

Design

Exterior

The Wagoneer S is sure to impress consumers with its sleek exterior design. This vehicle is slightly more rounded than its ICE counterpart and features a sloping roofline for aerodynamics. It offers 20-inch gloss black painted wheels with a five-spoke design and thinner spokes behind. The front doors have Wagoneer badges with an American flag motif and full width taillights with “Jeep” above the light bar. It also is offered in a variety of different colors, including Diamond Black, Bright White, Baltic Gray, Silver Zynith, Fathom Blue, and Red Hot.

Wagoneer S Drive Modes

This EV has a dashboard with 45 inches of screens and a rotary shift knob. A panoramic sunroof will be standard as well as ambient lighting from the dash to the door. Choose from 64 different color options to choose what suits you best. Stitched leather seats and door panels add to the luxurious feel of this vehicle. The Wagoneer S comes with front and rear heated and ventilated seats like the traditional Wagoneer. However, the Wagoneer S will also come with front massaging seats, which allows for maximum comfort.

Technology

The Wagoneer S features a 4-screen dashboard with a Best-in-Class 45 inches of total display screen area. These screens are all separate so that the passengers can choose the music, adjust controls, or even play a video. The 19-part McIntosh sound system will be sure to elevate your ride. This vehicle also comes standard with over 170 safety and security features, such as Active Driving Assist, Fully Autonomous Parking, Active Lane Management, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Active Emergency Braking. There are also a few features that will make the everyday convenient for you:

  • Remote Climate Activation: Using your Jeep mobile app, you can start your vehicle from your phone. On a cold day, you can start warming it up, or cooling it down on a hot day.
  • Warm Welcome Personalization with Proximity Wake Up: You can create customized settings for your Wagoneer S, including changing the lights in the grille. Then, as you are walking up to your vehicle, it will sense your arrival and turn on your personalized grille lights.
  • Remote Open All Windows: Use your key fob or Jeep mobile app to open all of your windows before you get inside.

Performance and Charging

Wagoneer S Charging

The Wagoneer S boasts 600 horsepower and the ability to go 0-60 miles per hour in 3.4 seconds. It also has 617 pound-feet of torque. This outperforms the gas-powered Wagoneer, which has 510 horsepower and the ability to go 0-60 miles per hour in 5.9 seconds. The all-new electric vehicle also features the Jeep Brand Selec-Terrain Traction Management System. This offers various drive modes such as Snow, Sand, ECO, and Sport, allowing you to handle whatever conditions you are in.

You can expect to see 300 miles of range on a full charge when driving the Wagoneer S. The vehicle features a 400-volt, 100-kilowatt-hour battery pack. This will charge the vehicle from 20% to 80% in 23 minutes, which allows you to get back on the road after a quick coffee break.
